The GPS Management and staff are actively involved in various community fundraising events.

GPS Managing director is a member of the Rotary Foundation and a recipient of a Paul Harris Fellow Award for service to the community.

The National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA), is the peak industry body representing the interests of the electrical and communications contracting industry across Australia. GPS Electrical has been a member since 2008.

THE ROTARY CLUB

GPS Electrical Services is proud to be a member of the Rotary Foundation and Support their following goals for the future;

  • Eradicate polio, our top priority
  • Build a sense of ownership of our Foundation among Rotarians through their contributions to the Annual Programs Fund, the Permanent Fund, and our Rotary Peace Centres
  • Continue our progress on the Future Vision plan and align our service projects with the six areas of focus
  1. Peace and conflict prevention/ resolution
  2. Disease prevention and treatment
  3. Water and sanitation
  4. Maternal and child health
  5. Basic education and literacy
  6. Economic and community development

TURI TRUST

In 2010, Turi Foods launched the philanthropic arm of their business – ‘The Turi Trust’. This trust has been established to manage and direct the charitable offerings of the Turi Food group and their Employees.

Charities  benefitted;

The Northern Hospital (Northern Health), Oxfam, The Cancer Council, Whitelion, Reach Foundation, Royal Children’s Hospital and many more.
